If you want something from one of the catalogs, turn around time is roughly 3 - 5 days. Generally, any orders I place to either company is shipped the same day (if placed before 3 pm) and I usually receive it in one business day. I will add the embroidery the day I receive it and ship the goods to you the following day. Using Priority mail, shipping time is 2 - 3 days.
