All items on the website are made to order.  Every effort is made
to stitch out your order either the same day it is received or the following day.
Occasionally, I might be out of town or on the road for a day or two, but
every order will receive an email confirmation from me in addition to the "automatic" confirmation.  You will be notified in the email as to when I expect to complete and ship your order.

for Brand-Name Apparel and Accessories.
Any of the items in these catalogs can be custom embroidered.
These catalogs are not directly linked to my PayPal account, so if there are any items you wish to order, please use the "inquiry form/cart" and I can give you a quote on exact pricing with embroidery as well as expected delivery time.  Turn around time on these items is roughly 5 - 7 days as I order them directly through the manufacturer.  I normally receive the items the day after I order them, so every effort is made to do the embroidery as soon as I receive the item(s) and then ship the order out the following day.  For any items you wish to purchase through one of the On-Line Catalogs, I will send you a PayPal Invoice.  Items will be ordered as soon as payment is received through the PayPal invoice.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay the invoice - you can use any major credit card.

If for any reason, there is a delay in receiving the merchandise from the manufacturer, I will let you know before sending the invoice.

All items are shipped USPS Priority mail unless the item is very small and light - those items are shipped USPS First Class.  You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order ships and you should receive your merchandise 2 -3 days after that.

Orders requiring "rush delivery" (a $25.00 additional charge) will receive priority status in both order completion and shipment.  In other words, if you opt for "rush delivery", you item will be placed at the front of the list for completion.  This means your order will be processed either the day it is received or the following day (if order is received after 5:00 pm EST).  Upon completion, it will be shipped either overnight or 2 day air in order for it to arrive within 1-2 days of the ship date.  The $25.00 covers the cost of overnight or 2 day air shipping plus a surcharge for putting it ahead of any other orders I might have.
If you opt for "rush delivery" and for some reason your order cannot be shipped out within the 1-2 days promised, you will be notified by email and will have the option of cancelling your order for a full refund, or keeping the order, and  receiving a refund on the difference between the $25.00 "rush delivery" charge and the normal shipping charge.  The only time this would happen would be if I happened to be out of town at the time of your order or if for some reason, the materials needed for your order were out of stock and I had to order them.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
To pay by credit card simply go to the shopping cart and follow the checkout instructions.
Once your order is placed, you will automatically be directed to the PayPal shopping cart to complete payment for the order.
Your order will be processed as soon as we receive notification from PayPal.com that payment has been made (usually same day!)

CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PAYMENTS
If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, add your purchases to the shopping cart. Instead of clicking on the "proceed to checkout" button, update your zip code to show the shipping charges and then print the page.

Orders paid by personal check will be processed 1 - 3 days following receipt of your check in order to allow the check to clear.
Orders paid by money order will be processed the same day.
